Yes. There are no additional charges to the monthly click charge.
Does the cost per page vary with the amount
of toner being used?
This cost is constant regardless of the percent of coverage. Borders, shading, hi-lights, and other enhancements
may be
utilized and will not increase your printing costs.
Will my supply re-orders be questioned?
No. Xerox
not only knows the page count of all devices but also the percentage of coverage. This assures you that you will
receive adequate
re-supply quantities without questions.

How much can I save?
A very
good example would be printing a 12”x18” poster at 80% coverage.
Most laser or LED printers’ published cost per page pricing
is calculated at 20% color coverage for an 8 ½”x11” page .
For the sake of an easy calculation, let’s assume a cost of $0.10
per 8 ½”x11” page. Therefore an 11”x17” would cost $0.20.
However, we are printing posters at 80% coverage, thereby using four
times the toner. The true cost would be $0.80.
The Xerox 7760 will print 12”x18” posters for only $0.1232 at all coverage percentages
– even higher than 80%.
Assume printing 100 posters per day for 26 days per month for 5 years.
2,600 per month x 60
months = 156,000 posters
Brand X cost @ $0.80 = $124,800.00
Xerox 7760 cost @ $0.1232 = $ 19,219.20
