Will the service cost be increased during the term of the contract?
No, the cost is included in your monthly billing and is
locked with
the term of the contract.
Can I purchase PagePack without Xerox service?
No. Xerox offers a Total
Satisfaction Guarantee with all Page
devices which does require onsite Xerox service.
Do I have to arrange
for the initial service contracts?
No, MidAmerica Imaging Technology will see that all PagePack
units are delivered with
Xerox service already established.
If I have locations in other cities or states, does this influence
service
billing, setup, or dispatching in any way?
No, MidAmerica Imaging Technology will manage your account
within the United
States and establish service for each device installed.
Will my supply re-orders be questioned?
No. Xerox
not only knows the page count of all devices but also the
percentage of coverage. This assures you that you will receive
adequate
re-supply quantities without questions

How soon will I receive supply reorders?
